My dog loves this chew! It seems to have pretty good ingredients in it which is nice. I will say the sound of crunch of him eating it made me a little nervous that he might choke on a piece or break a tooth. However, overall he ate it pretty well! One more thing don’t expect this treat to entertain your dog very long, he chewed the whole stick up really fast! Roughly less than 2 minutes. But he did enjoy it! My dog was first interested in smelling. She is considered a small dog and 13 years old. I think the thickness was too hard and i had cut into half for her to make it more chewable. After cutting them into small pieces she finished it and asked for more.

I fed this treat to my dog and he took it and was very protective of it. He held it between his front paws and pulled it apart. He was able to break it up pretty easily and it kept him occupied for quite some time. He bit pieces off the top and ate up. He seemed to really enjoy it. This TruRanch Chicken Rawhide alternative is a great treat for my big dog. I did have to break it down to smaller pieces to show the fillings inside before she actually started to eat it, which was challenging, but it was worth it.
